Ectoplasm

For something to be classed as physical mediumship, do not just think it is all to do with the ecto malarkey.Physical mediumship is simply something that can be seen, heard, felt, experienced outside of the mediums physical body and that means any one else in that room, location would have to witness also the same event.Rapping's, manifestations, voices etc all fall under this category.Ectoplasm, now this is the one form of physical mediumship that gets the most attention, and also the most negative. And its fair to say it is also understandable why the negative has come about. From cheese cloths to tissue, these items have all made there way into a medium nose or other orifice within there bodies. As with all things that are copied, there has to be a basis of some kind or another to reference that copied manifestation upon.The best way I feel for you to understand the ecto side of things is to understand how supposedly ecto is produced and manipulated by the spirit world.Basically it is easier to understand ectoplasm if you take it form the concept of alchemy. A combination of energy and materials used to produce something wholly different than it was at the starting point.You have a medium, a conduit if you will, within that medium also is chemicals and so on with which the spirit world supposedly manipulate the substance as we know as ectoplasm. Personally i do not hold to this theory as this actually makes no biological sense. As supposedly the chemical etc came from within the medium themselves.I do however believe it is possible for the spirit world to manipulate, affect energy, uric fields and so on. By using a physical energy produced by a medium or a person( I do not believe entirely it has to be a trained medium to allow this type of manifestation)They already affect our Auric fields when they step forward and link into mediums as such. So this is why it is plausible that this could happen.But I stress that I think this phenomena would and could only happen under exceptional circumstances. As in how that person is feeling at the time, there mind frame, general health and so on. So my conclusion is that I do not believe that out of 99.9% of sittings this phenomena is actually happening as you may be led to believe.But I do believe that very minor percent something indeed has happened that has been professed. But this to me is very much on a minor scale as opposed to what many would have us believe.The whole explanation of the ecto coming form the belly button for one is totally flawed. The one question I would like asked is how?If we are to believe as is taught and suggested that the ecto needs to come from some orifice...how the heck does it come from a belly button. And if we really wanted to get down to a molecular level, in that case it could seep through the pours of our skin just as easily! From our eye sockets...so why doesn't it?This to me stems back to the old Victorian myth children use to be told that babies come out of the belly button, ridiculous I know, but that was a very common belief of many. Not that necessarily the belly button was an orifice of some kind but that's something could come out of it.Rapping's and voices etcVery simply explained by a spirit person being able to manipulate a physical environment in various ways. This to me is far more believable and authentic than ectoplasm pouring out of a nose, ear or some other god forsaken place

Fire Poi

The Maori people indigenous to New Zealand were the first to use poi, the word itself simply means ball in Maori. The reasoning why they did so varies some feel they were used to train their warriors. Some say it was the women of high rank who would use the long poi but yet others feel they were representative of the oars of their Tupuna. Whatever the true reasons were they are used nowadays as a form of spiritual meditation. So what better way to end our offerings to the gods on this fire festival than a demonstration of some expert poi spinners with their fire poi.
